01 What we bring to the table

A creative partner, not another vendor to manage.

From the first spark of an idea to the campaign that brings people through the door, we connect the creative pieces that make an experience recognizable, compelling and easier to grow.

01

Brand & Strategy

Build a brand worth showing up for.

We define the positioning, identity and creative direction that give an event or experience a distinct personality and a consistent presence.

  • Brand strategy and positioning
  • Naming and messaging, where appropriate
  • Visual identity systems
  • Creative direction
  • Event themes and concepts
  • Experiential design: booths, activations, photo moments
  • Print, signage and merch
  • Brand guidelines and campaign systems

02

Websites & Digital Experiences

Turn attention into action.

We design and build digital experiences that explain the value of an event, help audiences take the next step, and give brands a stronger foundation for discovery and growth.

  • Event and experience websites
  • Landing pages and registration journeys
  • Design and development
  • Ticketing and commerce integrations
  • Vendor or partner marketplaces, where appropriate
  • Search-friendly architecture
  • Content structure and conversion-focused messaging
  • Maintenance and ongoing improvements

03

Content & Audience Growth

Give people a reason to care. Then give them a reason to return.

We create visual content and marketing assets that build anticipation before an experience, capture its energy while it happens, and extend its value afterward.

  • Photography and video
  • Social creative
  • Motion graphics and animation
  • Campaign visuals
  • Email and content assets
  • Keynotes, pitch decks and sponsor materials
  • Post-event content and data visualization
  • Ongoing creative support

04 A few good questions

Before we make a pact.

01 What does Pact Haus do?

Pact Haus is a creative growth studio for experience-led businesses. We work in three areas: brand and strategy, websites and digital experiences, and content that builds an audience before, during and after an experience.

02 Who does Pact Haus work with?

Event organizers, conference and convention teams, festival and live-event producers, retreat and workshop hosts, experience-based brands and community builders. If people are gathering and you want them to remember it, we’re interested.

03 Can Pact Haus help with both branding and website development?

Yes. Brand and websites are two of our three service areas, and doing both in one place keeps the identity, the message and the site consistent. You can also hire us for just one of them.

04 Can you help promote an event before and after it happens?

Yes. Content & Audience Growth covers campaign visuals, social creative and email assets before an experience, photography and video while it happens, and post-event content afterward.

05 Do you work with new event concepts and first-time organizers?

Yes. We like working with new and growing events. The Brand & Experience Launch engagement is built for a new event, experience or brand: positioning, identity, website and launch assets.

06 Can we hire Pact Haus for a single service rather than a package?

Yes. You can hire one service, an integrated project or ongoing support. Tell us what you need and we’ll suggest where to start.

07 Do you offer ongoing creative support?

Yes. The Ongoing Creative Partnership covers monthly creative direction, design and marketing assets, website content improvements and campaign support. It starts from $1,500 a month.

08 How does the project process work?

Four steps. Discover: your audience, goals, timeline and what success looks like. Define: strategy, scope, creative direction and priorities. Create: the brand, website, content and assets. Launch & Evolve: preparing the work for launch, then improving and building on it.

09 Where is Pact Haus based, and do you work with clients outside Cincinnati?

Pact Haus is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and works with clients beyond it. Strategy, design and website work can all happen remotely.

10 How do we get started?

Start a Project, or email hey@pacthaus.com. Tell us what you’re building, when it needs to happen and what you need help with. A budget range helps but is optional.
